
Since launching in August 2010 The Personal Fitness Company has created a reputation for providing effective and flexible fitness and nutrition solutions for people wanting to lose weight, feel stronger or simply feel healthier in themselves. We only employ fully qualified personal trainers to run our classes and bootcamps, as well as our one-to-one sessions, and this means that our classes are tough, but fun and safe for all levels of fitness. Our new summer schedule of gym sessions and classes is designed to enable people to build themselves a flexible weekly routine of a recommended 3-4 hours workout to really feel and see a difference.
